All prices are based on ground level external access to waste. For internal and non ground floor collection, an extra labour fee would need to be added. Please call if you’re unsure, we are happy to advise and help.
Wheelie Bin FAQs
As payment is made in advance you don’t need to be at home for the bin to be emptied, all we ask is for the bin to be out and ready for collection by 7am on the day of collection.
Once you have completed your booking, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm the Date, Time and Price of the booking. You will then have the option to pay via a secure payment link, or when the items are being collected.

Your rubbish is in safe hands! All waste we collect is taken to a licensed waste transfer facility where it will be processed before being transported to a waste to energy facility.
